Zach Shank has been managing social media accounts for his athletic departments since early 2020. Over the course of two years, Zach tried multiple other graphics solutions, but still struggled to create & manage his social media content. Since getting started with Gipper, Zach has been able to increase the quantity and quality of graphics he posts to Eagle's View Academy's social media accounts.

After switching schools and cleaning up his new athletic department's social media accounts, Zach was ready to start making content — and lots of it. As he started to increase the amount of content he was posting to social, he realized his current solution couldn't keep up. "As our athletic department progressed and as events changed, there were things that I noticed would be really nice if my graphics solution at the time was different, easier, or broken down differently." He became frustrated when he couldn't find the templates he wanted, couldn't customize elements to his needs, and couldn't post his graphics as fast as he needed.
Before Gipper, Zach hadn't been able to find a tool that did what he wanted. He couldn't find the templates he was looking for. He ran into restrictions while editing, and often found that he needed to use two different design platforms to make the graphic he wanted. "I couldn't edit graphics the way that I wanted. I was creating graphics in one platform, downloading them, and putting them into another platform to create something different. We should never have to do that if we're paying for a product."

Gipper's fully customizable editing functionality allowed Zach to make use of hundreds more templates for his needs. He could edit and resize text boxes, adjust colors to his liking, and schedule his social posts in advance. His creativity was unlocked, and he started using more templates to create better graphics. "Gipper gives us a template, but I could change that template into something completely different because everything is movable. You can edit anything, you can crop anything, you can change anything. With other graphics solutions, you can't. What they give you is what you get. With Gipper, if you've got four text boxes, you can change each one of those colors, each one of those texts, each one of those sizes. That was a huge, huge thing for me."
Zach knows that his efforts to create social media content ultimately supports his student-athletes and their growth. "It's my job to care about the athletes, it's my job to promote our athletes. And so to see the a graphic that I created for our athletic department, a team, and maybe a specific athlete being shared, and looking at how many times it's been engaged with is rewarding on my end. I can see that [Gipper] pays for itself."
