Welcome to Gipper's March 2023 Product Update! This month, we released a new branding tool, task management tool, and new template functionality. Read on to learn more!
1. Workspace Settings: Manage & Store Official Organization Brand Assets
This feature allows Gipper Workspace admins to upload, store, & distribute their official brand assets. Upload up to 10 colors, logos, & fonts. Plus, admins can connect unlimited social media accounts and give certain Workspace teams access to post to them.
Only admins have access to upload and change Workspace Settings, but every member of the Workspace will have access to these brand assets while editing. Creators will see a new section for "Workspace Colors" in the Colors section of the editing sidebar, and will automatically see Workspace logo options in the Logo fields.
All Workspace team members will have access to the same (and correct) branding assets, which means you can trust that your teammates are creating content that stays on brand, always.
2. Team Calendar: Keep Your Team on Track with Social Media Tasks
We've introduced a new tool that allows you to keep track of social media tasks and ensure your entire team is on the same page. Upload or create events that need social promotion into Team Calendar, then assign them to a team member to post! Now everyone can stay up-to-date on the when, what, where, and how of your events, and share responsibility in managing your social media accounts!
3. Move Saved Designs
We've released a new way to move your saved designs into folders: click the three-dot menu in the corner of the design thumbnail, and select "Move to." Then, just click on the folder you'd like to move to!
4. New Templates: Baseball Cards, Double Headers, Recruitment & More
This month, we also released over 90 new graphics to the dashboard, including our new baseball card templates! Watch our tutorial on how to make your own, and be sure to explore our other new recruitment, double header, gameday, and final score graphic templates (along with much more!)
