When the Iowa Girls' Coaches Association (IGCA) approached us looking for a creative way to help Iowa high schools celebrate their seniors and programs during COVID-19 - we knew our platform would be a fantastic solution.
As a response to COVID-19 and nationwide sport cancellations, we have been working hard to support high school athletic departments as best we can. We have added a variety of templates to help schools communicate official announcements, recognize senior athletes, celebrate past athletic moments, and more.
While none of this will replace the loss of a cancelled spring sports season, it will help ensure communities are able to stay connected digitally and that senior student-athletes are appropriately recognized for their hard work and accomplishments.
So today, we are proud to officially announce a new partnership with the IGCA to help support Iowa high schools during COVID-19.
The partnership will provide Gipper to the IGCA and 317 Iowa high school athletic departments - all of which are looking for ways to help honor their senior student-athletes and keep their communities engaged and connected during this difficult time. Using Gipper, these high school programs can now access a range of ready made templates, like "Senior Spotlights,” that they can easily customize and share to social media in just seconds.
We are looking forward to seeing some amazing content coming out of Iowa in the coming days and weeks.
Sincerely,
Matthew
